Hi, I am Austin Cheadle

I’m an inspiring chef who is beginning his own journey now. I worked in fine dining restaurants for about 7 years, but just before my experience out in the job-world I graduated from culinary school at Fullsail University in Florida. Then, I began working for some big company names such as Wolfgang Puck, Walt Disney World, and many more. I truly do take pride in my art and would love to share that with you.

More About Me

Hello, my name is Austin Cheadle. I was born and raised on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i by the shores of Makaha beach. I lived in Hawai’i until about the age of 5, when I was adopted by a military family.

I later on settled down with them in Florida, where they retired from the military. I was raised by them until I was about the age of 15. Then, I was put into foster care due to family abuse. In foster care I grew up fairly fast and experienced the outside world first hand learning skills that I would need to survive. 

After I graduated from high school I went on and took up a trade at 17. I decided to go to culinary school. In culinary school I learned so much more about cooking than I thought I did. They took me through several different types of culinary cuisines. Starting from all American food to French cuisine to Spanish cuisine to Japanese and Chinese cuisine and Asian cuisine. Within culinary school I picked up knife skills, temperatures, etc.

When I graduated culinary school the first place I worked for was the Rosen Centre one of the main hotels of Mr Rosen himself. I cooked for Mr Rosen for about 2 years learning all kinds of cuisines. Then Mr arose. Wanted me to work for someone else someone that would boost my career even further and that was for Mr Wolfgang Puck I worked in his restaurant located in Disney springs and also for his wife’s location before the pandemic. There I learned how to make pizzas, pastas, deserts sandwiches and more. Then every year I would work a month for Walt Disney World during the Food and Wine Festival.

Now I am starting a new journey my own journey where I am bringing my services to your table as a personal chef so that more people can experience that more fine dining or local food or whatever it maybe at the very comfort of your own home.
